There is a problem with Discord... Yes he is the unfavorable genie in that he is apt to twist or have fun with your wish, BUT he is also chaotic in that if you make this huge lawful condition list to try to constrain the wish, he will be even more hostile just by nature.
does anyone here find this disturbing?
he was a human being that is a social creature and not being able to move see or speak takes away the ability to communicate with other creatures and he will slowly go insane do to his lack of social interaction and the torment of isolation and then die and rot away after years of being still and alone not being able to speak or communicate with others
it's evil of discord to do that
so he's still evil in this story
