Amen! Damn fine work!

I goddamn love your works. And your character development is on point, mostly. I actually start caring about them and seeing them die is making me very goddamn sad.

It was still a fantastic sequel in it's own way Volrathxp, the end was bittersweet.

I do think that the bubble has slightly burst on foe fics, with PH finished I do think people who were so into that just didn't bother looking at other stories, which sucks, because so many others are great.

I also am pretty well aware that I'm a lot different than other authors which tends to put me on the outs of popular clique bullshit. I wrote what I did to tell a story, not to self insert a PNP group/character or try and meme together my way through a fic with infinite side quests. Not my style. I wanted to tell a story, and I did that, so I'm happy.

Minding hearts is grate

Well, I finally made it to the end of the story. It was written so far back that I didn't find a reason to comment on each chapter as I read, so I'll just comment on the thing as a whole. The story was over all quite well done and worth the read. It was, as the author pointed out, a bit short, but it was to the point and that made it flow. Bravo for keeping filler out of it. It was interesting to see what you did with Cadance and Flurry Heart, not many authors tackle them as characters, let alone make them villains that the heroes have to defeat. The introduction of a time traveler that wasn't some sort of a Dr. Who clone was also a bit of a neat twist. The love scenes did feel a bit rushed, but since they weren't the main focus of the story it was certainly acceptable. Patch getting up and going off to help her daughter was perhaps the least believable aspect of the story, anyone with a big hole in their heart would be very weak, but if we just accept that "magic happens" I suppose we can over look that part of the story. The story is certainly complete in and of itself and doesn't need a sequel of any sort, though I suppose reusing the presumably older characters in a new story would work. Well, we shall just have to see what Volrathxp decides to do. Again, good read, thanks for posting it, and sticking with it until it was done.
