Anthro is there for a reason but it's not going to be all the time. Like the sex tag it's there because of something that will happen, not because there's going to be any clop.
As Luna's role takes place in the dream world Luna is able to change how she looks. Sometimes she'll be a pony, sometimes anthro and sometimes even human. It all depends on the dream that Chris is having.
