Feel like I gotta say it, but with this execution, I just don't see much point in this.
It really doesn't feel like you did anything that you couldn't have done in the exact same way with both ponies in their regular personalities.
How about using the swapped personalities, but having them still keep their lives and interests and putting them in situations where things would go different than usual with these personalities? I think it would have be more interesting if Rainbow Drab was still a racer, and Fluttersky an animal care-taker. We could like, see how their altered personalities change the things we know they normally do.
I'm not giving this a downvote or anything, it was still miles away from being badly written. But I just think you didn't go too far at all with the concept of swapped personalities. You just swapped so much you ended up with the same ponies as the originals, but with a different name.
Your friend, Blu Ray told me about this sequel to his story, so I had to check this out.
So, there isn't really much for me to say about this story. Like this story and its prequel, the concept is interesting and both stories were cute.

Oh man. Reading this story reminded me of Rainbow Dash's cheering lesson with Fluttershy in S01 E16. I can imagine it now: Fluttersky telling Rainbow Drab to cheer louder, except Rainbow says "yay" very quietly
while Fluttersky yells "LOUDER!" at her friend. 
Glad I checked this story out after reading "Pinkie Pi" a while ago.

Another funny personality swap story! I find the idea of a Rainbow Dash hilarious- though, I do think it would be funnier if dash had the personality I remember her having ("Rainbows, Darling, Rainbows!")
Anyway, hope to see more personality-swap stories like this- you go girl!
