Takes place after the Rainbow Rocks remake. Even though he had patched things up with the human version of Flash Sentry after their conflict, Ben Mare fears that his friendship with the pony version of Flash Sentry might one day be broken. Meanwhile, the human version of Flash Sentry is miserable and hates himself of how he had acted towards his friends, Twilight, Sunset Shimmer and Ben. Will the two be able to be reassured and cheered up?
