Chapter 1 - dumping headcanon on an unsuspecting reader - complete.
For anyone interested, the story comprises three chapters (sans the prologue and the epilogue), all of which are already completely written and almost entirely edited.

The planned publication dates are next Thursday for chapter 2 and 4th of December for chapter 3 and the epilogue. So the chance of this story entering hiatus or becoming cancelled is nearly non-existent.
It could happen, but I certainly hope it won't. 
Unless, you know, I get hit by a meteorite in the course of the next two weeks, or the plane which is to take me to Scotland next week never reaches its destination, or something...
