This was an interesting one! I dunno if I'd enjoy it more or less had "I" been a specified individual instead of an Anon, but I can't remember reading a gender-neutral fic before so that's definitely a plus at least.
All in all, I liked it! A strange yet rare concept, executed with but mere gender-specific undertones in Ba technically being translatable to Brother, though I'm sure that ain't as common a thought as I'd like to think.

You know, as a general rule I'm not a fan of the second person perspective. Stories like this are slowly changing that though. And although people have mentioned it already, managing this story without using main character gender pronouns is a really impressive feat.
This story is an awesomely awkward anecdote suffused with sensationally sweet sentiments. it was what i would consider one of those one chapter masterpieces. 5 points (And a

Is Twilight homophobic in this fic or is it just me? I mean, she flipped out when Pinkie and 'You' announced their relationship, turned 'You' into a guy again (or tried to), then afterwards when 'You' chose the female form over the male form, turned Pinkie into a dude.

It's probably just you. It's written without using pronouns depicting gender, so you can choose what gender to be and what gender 'you' change to in the end. It's meant to imply that basically everyone's dating preferences don't rely on gender, rather, more on the person you are inside.
Twilight's not homophobic, her partner just essentially became a whole different person! The ending actually goes into detail on that, and Twilight's reasons for the breakup. I mean, if you woke up to a different face in bed, how would you feel?
