This was quite good. I really enjoyed all of the detail. You kept just enough detail to paint a pretty picture but moved on quickly enough that I didn't lose interest in a block of details. Quite impressive. I know from experience that such a feat is difficult and mentally taxing because you have to constantly monitor it. I got the feeling of introspection and that peaceful feeling you get when you just sit back and watch a sunset or listen to the rain. Very mellow, but also deep and meaningful.

In summary, kudos to you for being awesome.

You know, it takes some seriously intense focus to get to the point where meditation works the way people think it does... You kinda got that down pat, and I hereby say... Damn man, that was deeper than appearances would have you believe at first.

They had walked around the bend, and there, in a quiet corner of the park, was Princess Twilight Sparkle — real-life hero, emeritus scholar — was vacantly gazing upon a rock.

That "was" should only be on one side of the dashed interruption to the sentence, not both. The way it is, it says "there was Princess Twilight Sparkle was vacantly gazing upon a rock"
