The first is really not much of a mystery. 'She' managed to discover his in game name and when he was online, got his cell number, and managed to get into his house without alerting the neighbors. He also observed she was dressed 'nerdy' prior to that so her being smart is a logical assumption.

he could of course just bound the contract to him, and made it so that it would only end if he did what was in it, wouldn't even need a signature. On the other hand, the god of Discord probably likes doing "three wishes" where they all mess up, and thus the contract that only requires one signature would of course be along the lines of "be careful what you wish for"

Same effect as a chapter, but with less clutter and it doesn't artificially bump the story like if you actually wrote a new chapter.
