Personally, I don't understand public sex. I mean I get that the rush of doing something nasty and risk getting caught is something that can turn on some, but I might just be too embarrassed to really get the point.
That said, this was fucking hysterical. I love Dash themed stories and this one is no different. I want to see Fluttershy do something like this (just to see what she would do if she was willing to) but probably unlikely to pull off realistically.
One nitpicking complaint I have is why the hell did no pony realize that Celestia and "myself" both say the same exact threat to Dash and was ignored the 2nd time. I realize that bringing something like this up is a little silly, but I felt some annoyance that a good "lampshade hang" wasn't used properly.
