My Little Human: Friendship is Science. You know, that show for little fillies? But the fanbase is mainly consisted of adult mares and stallions.
Rainbow Dash hates the show and despises the fandom. She's never seen it, but she knows for a fact that grown ponies shouldn't watch a show made for fillies. So she spends a lot of time on PonyTube and other social sites, trying to absolutely trash the members of the fandom, calling them names, telling them to stop liking a little filly cartoon. They call her a troll, but she doesn't care.
So what will Rainbow do when one of her closest friends admits she likes the show?

I used to be a bit like Rainbow Dash, minus the trolling and hating on the show.
I avoided the show at all costs a few months ago. Until one day, out of boredom, I watched an episode online. And then another. And another. Then I read Cupcakes, and watched Button's Adventures, and then listened to the fandom's music.
And, well, here I am.
But I couldn't be happier. :)
Nice job sir. Although I would tidy up a few spots, I believe it fulfilled its purpose of being a one-shot story.

Yeah I see your points. I just figured science was the closest to magic in the human world. I really didn't think about what the show would be about.
And I really didn't think about Lyra at all while writing this. Oops. But there isn't really anywhere I could put her in.
Hmm... If I didn't know any better I'd say that this were an outtake on bronies and brony haters...

Eh, this was good at first. But then the part where Rainbow was talking to Twilight came. It doesn't at all sound like Rainbow Dash and Twilight talking, it's just a conversation between generic brony and generic anti-brony. :/ It's almost like you made this to argue with anti-bronies, and that's not a good way to start a story.

Eh I know. I wasn't planning to make a super-awesome-everypony-exactly-in-character story. I just got the idea and wrote this in about an hour or two. And since it was over 1,000 words, I was like, heck why not post it? I didn't exactly plan anything out like I do in my other fanfic I'm working on. This was just a one-shot short story that I wrote for the heck of it.

Wow. Thanks! But yeah, i really didn't give really any of those three things in this story. The amount of effort I put into this story is only maybe a quarter of the effort I try to put in my other story I'm currently working on. Like I said in a reply to a different comment, I just wrote this fic for fun, then I decided to post it for the heck of it since it was over 1,000 words.
But it really means a lot to me that you said you believe i will become a good author. Since I'm rather new to fanfic writing, comments like that make my day!
