Alright, a couple of things: First and foremost being that you need to capitalize your title, as well as every sentence after the period before it. Second, longer chapters may draw more readers, say, a thousand words minimum (just a suggestion, not holding you to it). I think MC was a little too lax about being transformed into a changeling, as well. I will read on, you've caught my interest.
Also, I suggest either spell check or a proofreader.
4834656 well, i will admit that wrigting a full blown fanfic is not my kind of thing, I do tend to come up with rather creative concepts and ideads like: changlings are actually the result of failed genetic experements to make artificial alicorns or; wendigos are actually Discorded changelings, or; the hive mind work more like the Geth consensus or, one of my favriots; is that all forth wall breaker are actually extensions of some elderich being that simply exist in multipal realties simutaniously.

Well I was gonna say that our protagonist adapted way too quickly but it's obvious now that he's not...All there, like the experience has driven him insane(along with a large dose of instincts and perhaps a hive mind mentality guiding him) or he really is some sort of variant changeling drone that when metamorphosed into a queen somehow absorbed the humans memories when he died.
I'm liking this story so far especially creating a variant hive part. I do hope when the protagonist clashes with chrysalis ( almost a given at this point) it won't be an easy swoop in to save the day deal. Or maybe ally with her, not sure if that'll happen though since he's a brony and whatnot which makes him a bit predictable in that regard.
The ponies otherwise seem remarkably quick to trust him (her?) too I mean they don't have to be attacking him but showing a bit more caution when dealing with her. Especially the alicorns, at least not until they know more, she's setting up a hive in the Everfree that's pretty darn close to Ponyville and Canterlot.

Try not give anything else away though, keep me guessing and answer vaguely so I'm unsure whether or not your decide to take my advice or incorporate my theories. Otherwise it takes some of the enjoyment out for me, knowing what's gonna happen ahead of time.

OKay, Story consept and stuff is good... I just HATE IT when people write a story where every single chapter the character passes out at the end of it.... They dont always have to go to sleep at the end of a chapter........
This is kinda fun to read.... Thought a little to out there at times... Knowing everything before it happens makes things more funny and expected at the same time....
Still a good story though and I'd love to read more.....
