Through the battle of adolescence, romance, heartbreak and horror, one thing remains with the two fledgling princesses; the bond of sistership will never break.

Wow, this is really good! I like their sisterly relationship LOL! It's sort of spiteful at times but also makes me wish that I had a sister, too.
Um, just so you know, it says "she" at the beginning but then you say Sir Clydesdale's a he?
Also, love how his name is Clydesdale! I thought that was hilarious...despite the death bit.

I like the story so far, but the timing is a little disorienting since it seems as if we are jumping from bits to bits in the princesses lives and it's sort of hard to get the timing down of all of it.
But other than that I really like it so far! Celestia and Luna certainly are much different characters in your story than the ones everyone else seems to know!
In other news, I have a question about stories: do you have to hit the "publish" button to get them to post on the site? And if so, can you still add chapters to them later? Or do you only "publish" when it's finalized?
I'm only asking because you seem like you know what you're doing!

Okay, so first: I love all the GoT references you guys have down here! It makes the story even more fun.
Second: I just have to ask because I would feel really dumb if its true--are the Vheyrian races an actual thing? Like races in real life? Because I read a story on Goodreads (it's another site I have an account on) a couple of years ago that had them in it and I thought they were fictional, but then they were on this story so...I was just curious!

4898751 'Squse me for being skeptical, but it is of my nature. WHY do you like it? What do you like the most? Why is it the best you have read? As a writer I can be vain at times (cant we all?) and I really would like to know what you like the best, so I can develop on it and such.
And then parts you DON'T like? So I can work on that too. I really do dislike those who just say "its great" or "Its horrible" with no explanation, don't you? How am I supposed to improve/make greater with just that?? O.o

Overall, I like how this story is going. The characterizations of the sisters, as well as their parents, are presented well. Celestia sticking up for Luna in this chapter was a nice turn of events and makes sense.
I just keep truckin'. If, however, you get more downvotes than upvotes, it's time to reassess what you are doing. Since that hasn't happened, I wouldn't give the one downvote you have gotten so far a second thought. 
Your grasp of grammar, punctuation and other technical stuff is solid, so that puts you ahead of a lot of other writers.
This story has potential, so I'll be keeping an eye out for the next chapter.
So much for the story. Let's talk about what you are doing. In the comments section of chapter 7, you asked why you got a downvote. Considering how some folks on this site do what is known as "drive-by downvotes", I wouldn't put too much stock in them. Every one of my stories has at least one downvote, but do I let that bother me? Nope!
In the chapter 8 authors notes, you asked "Does anyone want the next chapter up today?" Why are you asking your audience this? You should decide when the cake's baked yet. When the timer goes ding. When will that be? When you say so.
