Ohh. I don't see a reason for it; Flash Sentry is stationed in the Crystal Empire and always will be so far as I'm concerned, so there isn't much opportunity for them to communicate. I see him more as an Easter egg pony like Derpy Hooves anyway, more included in the show as a nod to the Equestria Girls movies than as an actual character.
So no, no Flashlight. Maybe in its own piece but not this one.
