More than a year late to update anything, busier now than ever before, and moving into busier times yet, but I haven't abandoned this pit of debauchery and full-tilt attempts at actual story driven writing. I'm still working on DttS and a few surprises (Queenling and Me Time have kind of been pushed to the back burner for these other projects), but the time and energy I have to work on personal projects in the average day now is going to put everything back a few weeks probably.

Is there already a fic where Cupcake secretly cheats on her husband because he's sterile and doesn't know it but they both want to conceive and is then consumed with guilt for lying about her lineage and making him believe the foals are his and eventually has to kill the actual fathers because they start to blackmail her for sexual favors?

What the hell happened that the first shitty story I posted like three years ago is suddenly getting so much attention? Is this how people ask for rewrites? I am confused.

All things are hiated. For two weeks. Or three, depends on work.

I mean, it's obviously a thing I could choose to do, but...would anyone buy writing from me? I don't try to present myself as anything but a hobbyist writer, but if I could I'd like to make a living off it someday, and it seems like ghost writing may be the way to get started with that. Does anyone have experience therein or know someone that does?

It's kind of frustrating to want feedback on your pieces but not have people that are free or interested enough to agree to edit/review them before just throwing them out and having to fix things on the fly. I could iron out technical errors myself with another read or two, probably, but I can't judge for myself whether or not a story or chapter or whatever is actually any good. Of course I like them or I wouldn't even want to post them, but I have no idea if anyone else will.

Would y'all be mad if I took a day or so to throw up a quick Rarity piece before getting back to Where's the Beef?

Also, on that note, anyone got an idea for an alternate title?

It's not a pony related story, sorry to say, but I'll probably also finish up another little Twilight fic before I get too invested in it. You can find the longer fic here, but I should warn that it'll probably contain some fairly graphic violence. People burning and getting eaten or having the shit kicked out of them, that type o' deal.
