Spending most of her time studying on this new power, Twilight eventually gets the idea to tap into it once more, and see what it can do.
But she wasn't aware that Rainbow Power only works in their time of need, and in any other occasion, can cause "slight" loss of age. Stuck as foals, the Mane 6 have no choice but to embrace their new roles. Luckily for them, Rainbow Power also generated a temporary mother for them all.

4688793 I'll agree, this wasn't a Very good backstory for the tree of harmony. The back story I gave it, where celestia and luma create it with the help of the crystal empire's first queen (vaguely mentioned season 3, episode 1) in order to make the elements powerful enough to defeat discord the first time round was far better.

Okay, I have to say, I've read this chapter through again and while I don't know how I missed it the last time, the part where applejack's suckling from a nipple that's not connected to anything made me feel kinda weird. Plus, where did it come from? Was it just a construction from the rainbow magic, was it demension hopped from some other female? If that last one
I mean, how weird would it be for that female, no matter what species they may be, to sudden see their nipple disappear, but still feel attached to it and then feel something suckling on it that they can't see and only feel?

Haven't read the full thing yet, but something I'd like to point out to you. When you're narrating the story, it's better if you stick to using proper English rather than dialectic English. Typing words like 'gonna' is fine for someone's speech since they're mostly likely the type to say that, but it's not a good idea for the bulk of the story. The following:
Should actually read more along the lines of:
Take note of the words in green, providing the formatting works on quotes. For most people, the second quote will read better and not jar them out of the story, while the first… it can work, if someone is actually saying it, but more often you'll find readers will hit the first 'gonna' and have to stop for a minute to figure out what's happening because it's not someone saying it.
