This takes place, as all of my stories do, in the same universe as Obama Goes to Equestria. Basically, the only context you need to know is that Celestia is evil. Everything else should stand fine on its own.

Well, they are all connected. Honestly, if I knew the series was going to end up this complicated when I started, I probably would have written it as one long story.
(I might actually do that one of these days—release a version of the Obamaverse where all the stories are fused together.)
I hope you enjoyed this story, though. This is one of my favorites, despite getting almost no attention. :p

I do see why. You let yourself get all Stephen Hawkins here, and good writers do like to explain things and make people think how smart they must be to write something good - I know it aall too well.
