Hmm... Do horses( and therefore ponies) get goosebumps? I would think that they wouldn't, considering humans only get goosebumps because our body hair puffs up to keep us warm, and since we don't have as much hair as, say, a pony, it shows as goosebumps. So if a pony gets goosebumps...hmm...that must mean they all have less body hair to keep them warm.
