I don't think I'm qualified to review a psychological case.
Hm... I'm not very familiar with Woody Allen's films, the most I've seen of him a parodies or guest-apperances on e.g. the Simpsons and such, so I can't say I know much about him.
However, the idea of a neurotic chaos spirit, using his powers to "fix things" to be "just right" sounds interesting.
