On mlp wikia it say that auntie applesauce of the apple family is a fourth cousin twice removed from the pie family. The episode never may it clear wether Pinkie is or not kin to the apples. Even if she is kin to them it wouldn't be a big deal for she be so far down the line that it wouldn't be view as incest.
