Well technically since sombra was the king of the crystal empire that would mean that cadence was his daughter because how else would she have been the heir to the throne?
4617233 There a book called "The Crystal Heart Spell" telling Cadence's back story. She was a Pegasus from and adoptive earth pony family and defeated some evil witch with the power of love without magic. Then she got transported to a place only Celestia knows about (probably the place were twilight went to when she became a princess) She became and alicorn and Celestia adopted her as her niece. So no she is not Sombra's daughter.
