This is actually about only the second most fucked up relationship involving magic that I've read about.
Because he's mad at Luna for not consulting him on the whole "Immortality" issue, not murderously furious at her. Also more relevantly, he's neither some kind of magical superhero like a Solar Exalt or something, nor possessed of any useful abilities or traits like magical immunity, ala Alexander from the Stoneverse. I mean sure, he got boosted strength and endurance, and a lessened need for food and drink. Plus magical time telling powers and some kind of animal empathy style ability. None of these powers are particularly useful in a direct confrontation with Luna, particularly since she gave them to him in the first place, and might very well be able to temporarily suppress said powers if she needed to.

Wow. Just...wow. Reading the summary, I wasn't too sure what I was going to be entering into. But what you wrote completely beat out my expectations from what a story like this usually involves.
EDIT: On the bright side, Steven won't have to mentally contend with his immortality any longer. My vote goes to Twilight next. Considering your previous works, I believe the newest princess hasn't been written about very much.

The thing that scares me the most as a human is not being eaten like any other animal. No, my greatest fear is losing my free will. To lose it, is to lose your humanity. All Steven is now is a meat puppet. Hell, I would have found the highest fucking cliff and jumped off it. Nevertheless, that was pretty fucking good and I want to see what the newly minted Twilicorn would do.

3009483 same for me. losing an integral part of yourself, no, your reason for existence, is not like losing an arm or a leg. yes, losing one of those might be traumatizing, but you can get over it, but losing your free will? that is the stuff that nightmares are scared of, and for me, just thinking about it nearly breaks my mind. if you have the choice to live and lose your free will, or die with it intact, knowing that you made the choice to die out of your own free will, it will be hard, but i would choose death.
