Sloped Armoured Pony

T

Life on the farm was simple. The trees grew, the apples fell, money was made, and the farm was closed for the winter months. But after a neighboring land lord offers the Apple family their plot of land, lives for them, and soon the whole world, would change for the extraordinary. A strange substance on this new land, at first considered a nuisance, introduces enlightenment, thought, accomplishment, and more to come, some worse than others. Prepare yourselves for the 10 long years following the start of Equestria's first Industrial Revolution!

Interesting concept. I am definitely going to track this one.

SOUND THE WAR DRUMS! LET EVERY RIVER RUN RED WITH BLOOD, AND EVERY LAKE YELLOW WITH URINE! LET THE SMOKE OF BURNING VILLAGES BLOCK OUT THE SUN, AND LET NO LITTTLE CHILD EAT CAPTAIN CRUNCH, FOR HE SHALL GO DOWN WITH HIS CEREAL BATTLESHIP! :derpyderp1:

I wonder what Luna's opinion on all this is.

I've been reading this and other than a few spelling mistakes, I'm absolutely hooked.
Keep writing more!

Ah, the never ending back and forth pursuit of power. Regardless of who wins this battle, Equestria is never going to be the same.

The only reason she is kind and gentle in the show (besides the obvious) is that there is really no pony who has enough power to become a threat to Princess Celestia, not even Luna. However, since in the story Applejack had the support of all of Ponyville and most of Equestria, Celestia's power was threatened, hence calling for war. You should be more worried about Applejack. :applejackconfused:

I will let you understand what So-Be-It You-NIE-one references, but NIE was short for one Polish anticommunist party during World War II. :rainbowhuh:
