Bell was always a curious sort of mare and had a bad habit of letting it the better of her. Two weeks ago, Bell's husband had brought a new spell book home with him. Her habit soon got to the better of her, and so she decides to take a look inside. What she finds is very uplifting.

I have a sequel planned called Tiptop Teddy.

Sequel? Please?

This was quite interesting. The other fic similar to this had a much darker tone, and it's refreshing to see something lighthearted. Although, I wish you would have gone into the deflation and folding in more detail, what she felt during it and such. Also, there were a few grammatical errors, but no one thing that made a particular section incomprehensible.

3613857 Sure, wasn't originally panning on a sequel but I have thought of a plot of bell's revenge.

I agree with Blitz. Sequel, please. I loved this and am very interested in what happens next.

Well that ended really abruptly, and a happy ending too! Totally not what I expected, but a nice little fic though. Floating around as a pool toy in the sun for two hours does sound pretty enjoyable and relaxing.

Congratulations; this story has a happy ending, something I gather is rare in this genre.
The grammar could use some work, though.

Why not make it so the pony was still able to move? That would be interesting.

I can't wait for the sequel!

Since announcing this year's contest, I've decided to go reading through last year's entries again to see what we've got for possible participants this go around.

It was short, but for the idea, handled fairly well. I gave my like. I'd love to see you participate again!
