I suppose if you are reading this I am long dead and gone. He may not be, but I am. Oh, how I wish we could just start over. This whole thing is not his fault, you know. I had a hoof in his demise.

This chapter was almost all exposition, and the part that was not was very late in the chapter.
Despite that this is magnificent, a story about the past of Equestria. I like those since I read Celestia in Excelsis.

Is Radiant Flare OP and need a nerf in the next patch?

I'm sorry I don't really understand what you are asking.

I don't think I wrote a Mary Sue, but I want your opinions.

No, Radiant Flare is not a Mary Sue for the exact same reason this story seems so dark, her perspective is totally shifted to the more cynical and darker side of things with her showing to have little to no faith on the goodness of ponies, her hart is close, she is very defensive, and seems to be a little traumatized by her early years at the empire, the lose of her parents, living at the orphanage, and having to live with ESP.

There is just one thing I'm confused tho, is Radiant Flare a Colt or a Filly?
