Interesting concept, sub par execution.
1. The beginning heavily reeked of misanthropy, but it could be somewhat forgiven due to the story itself involving the seven deadly sins.
2. The use of the elements of harmony was illogical and the only reason I can see for the ponies using them is "He know too much. Kill him with rainbows."
3. Breaking out of his stony imprisonment that held a being that could manipulate reality on a whim.
4. Wrath says he's not evil but contradicts himself the next time he speaks.
There's probably more but couldn't make it past the second chapter of this story.

Grahm belittles himself because he thinks he is evil that fact alone makes him not evil so the elements did as the girls wanted but had no real affect.
Discord was chaos the elements hold dominion over him ergo he couldn't get out without help. Wrath is just a negative emotion not exactly evil but not quite good either.
