Great story, I thought it was very nice. This may seem a bit off-topic, but it's nice to find someone else who has an appreciation for the blues.

Two questions I need to ask you:
1. Did the link in the middle of the middle work or did it distract from the rest of the fic?
2. As someone who seems to be a fan of blues, is there any chance you could give me some help in choosing songs to base my chapters around?

Admittedly the chapter was pretty much based around the music, so it is to be expected, but I'm still happy it worked out so well. Hope to see you back for chapter two, whenever I get it updated.

As was I. That was why I made sure to point that out. And even if it is based around the music, the writing making you want to listen to a song from a genre you don't listen to means it is good writing.
And don't worry about update times. Usually takes me a good month or more to get around to starting (even if I have been thinking about it for a while)

to be honest I don't really know what to think of him. he is mysterious and yet predictable (in a good way). But just like a lot of other readers, I can't say much about him yet until later chapters.

These two chapters have been wonderful, but the fact that it hasn't been updated in over 3 years makes me weary of adding it to my tracking list.
