Ok, I like your idea, but, perhaps you not portraying celestial in the right way. I mean, you hatted her for her actions in past sins, but they where still justified and made since to her character. Here, you have trouble believe it to be so. I'll give you the Benefit of the doubt and keep reading but, honestly, not off to great start. (Ill apologize an eat my own words if I'm wrong)
It has a bit of a rough start I know, but it dose improve. Have hope.
I can't really fix Celestia's actions without completely rewriting the story, so that's that. But she does try to make up for it in later chapters

I've for I honest, this story is starting to feel like a chore to read. I want to be emotional invested and want to care but, I can't. What made me invested in past sins was the interaction and bonding we saw with nxy and twlight, jut some little cheerful moments with the two as we feel in love with them. To be far, I think your doing good with Celestia at least. To that I say, good luck with the rest of it.

I am sorry but this makes no sense, why is Celestia being a butt to her OWN freaking sister. If anything, she'll be putting in enough guards and doctors to watch over her that she would think that she was in a town all her own.
While this is well written and the premise is sound, there is just something wrong with the excution of it. Maybe if everypony didn't act like Luna just killed and ate Celestia, I would forgive it. But this just feels wrong.

I realized that part of the story was shit long after I wrote it. It's a problem, I know. Right now, I just try to save it with good writing
But, everything you say is completely valid. I have fixed my idea of Celestia's character after marathoning a bunch of episodes involving her and studying her demeanor. In future, I hope to perform better. But as it is, I can't let the 20 likes down, now can I?
