This story is EXTREMELY "loose canon" to Shisno Chronicles: Friendship is Magic, emphasis on loose. Could become separated from the story at any point.

Something stranger than 'normal' is going on in the Everfree Forest. With Twilight Sparkle and her friends away in Canterlot, the owner of "Mystic Shield's Self-Defense Academy For Unicorns", aptly named Mystic Shield, sends out four of his top students to investigate. That turned out to be a grave mistake and now they're at the hospital. While heading there to visit them, he stumbles into and makes acquaintances with three unicorns not in his class.

One is a naïve delivery pony from a florist shop in his hometown Baltimare.
One is a dainty seamstress with great overall dexterity.
And one is an adopted nurse's daughter with a tragic past.

After learning that the strangeness was reminiscent of Discord's magic, and that it was bound to reach Ponyville if it isn't stopped, they four decide to take matters into their own hooves.

Formed from this in-progress forum roleplay, and so the story's plot is not entirely made by me.

NOTE: While it features a character from my story, the other three are just as much main characters as he is.

EDIT: Now that it's cancelled, I think I can safely make this story canon to SC:FiM, taken place between Seasons 2 and 3.
