the fun thing about luna is theirs no real way she acts because she hasn't really been in the show XD so luna is kind of like an OC character in the way that you can make her act in the way you want her to act
The plural thing is the 'Royal We' and is used by royalty IRL. If memory serves it's supposed to represent that the royalty is speaking on something else's behalf, but I can't remember if it is god, or country, or what.
