I am not really sure... There needs to be a damned Cute/Adorable tag for fics like this.
Good story, especially the first half or so. Only thing I noticed is the writing style changed at one point, mostly the tense, really threw me off. Other than that, not bad at all.
This is honestly an adorable clopfic and pretty much the first one I've read involving Dinky, Derpy and Sparkler to boot (then again, this is the first clop fic I've read involving Dinky, period).

Derpy definitely has the...least concurrent fanon; some say it's just Dinky, some say that Sparkler is a very close friend, some say that she's adopted, and some even say that Derpy has no daughters. Hell, people still can't agree on Derpy's name.

The way you wrote it makes it more of an intimate and loving moment for the three of them than a naughty act of incest. I was turned on, but not in the way a clopfic would usually affect someone. Very sweet, soft, and fun throughout the beginning. It was an enjoyable read already, except for the errors. Then the clop happened and I went from liking the fic to loving it.
Even though this story is an older one, I think it'd be worth editing. The switching of the narrative tense is the biggest issue. The clop portion appears to be freer of errors, at least. Not too many fics are as enjoyable to read as this one, despite so many errors.
I found the characters endearing and relatable. A few points at which immersion was broken for me, however, was Dinky's exclamation that Derpy's vaginal secretions tasted better than her milk. That would have to mean something's really weird with that filly's taste buds or with Derpy's vaginal fluid. If there's some headcanon at play here, it wasn't explained well. Also, falling asleep with sugary muffin crumbs or chocolate and strawberry residue inside of one's kooch leads quickly to yeast infections, so I was kind of left worried for the older two. It wouldn't be fun to spend the day after Hearth's Warming with a burning crotch. Anyway, these didn't ruin it for me, but typos and overlooked details can make the difference between a really enjoyable story and a fantastic story.
I wish I were in Derpy or Sparkler's position in this and were currently curled up with my cherished, incestuous lovers and unborn family member next to the fire. Their love for each other really came through in the writing. Overall, I rate this fic snuggle-y and hot (out of ten). Nicely done.
Second read through of this amazing fic, and just like last time, it was pure awesome sauce! And too damn cute and loving to be pure incesty clopfic.
