Hi my name is Jonathan Rawls, at least it WAS my name before. But now you can call me Stargazer, your one and only NightWing/RainWing hybrid in Equestria. Apparently, one of the original characters that I created and buying books from a very suspicious website creates quite the synergy, also noting the fact that I somehow got transported to Equestria as well. And how did I get Animus magic anyway? It's not even part of my OC. I don't know if I coud manage that kind of power. Hopefully is not like in the books where it's a double edge sword. Hopefully. Now I just need to read all three manuals that I bought from that shifty website and somehow my memories are merging with one another Interesting.

My first story for the new year and first story ever. Been wanting to start a story for a long time but school is stopping me from doing it, so I decided to start my first story on the new year. For most bronies going to Equestria would be a dream come, I'm not most bronies. I went to a game convention simply for fun dressed as my SWTOR Bounty Hunter character and end up here for my efforts, even worse I'm stuck with two fillies that I'm going to have to raise as leaders. While going out for a drive, a young woman named Cassy becomes inexplicably lost in a strange new world beyond her imagining. The fact that she has also somehow been unwillingly turned into a weird spider monster is not helping either, especially as far as a few of the locals are concerned.
And she only has so many cigarettes.

This story is a comment-driven tale, wherein the events that take place throughout are decided by the readers themselves.
Conflicting tags: Adventure/Slice of Life. Potentially many others, but that remains to be seen as of now.
T rating for some tobacco use, particularly early on, though I don't necessarily endorse it.

NOTE! This story is having a reboot, I have lost inspiration for the world I was building in it and am having difficulty finding it, but I have found inspiration for a story that has a different world and plot from the same sources. sorry for being unable to continue this story.

I was at work one day, cleaning up to go home when I found this plushy of the dragon Saphira from the Inheritance Cycle on one to tables. Figuring it was child's and groaning as I knew that meant paperwork before leaving the toy in lost and found and going home. I had to just pick it up.

Now I'm a dragon, I'm in the Magical land of Equestria, and dealing with walking on four legs and being turned female. Surprisingly being female is easier than walking on four legs.

Not every MLP universe is as cuddly as the original. Whether it's the invading aliens, the slave-driving ponies, the powers I barely control, or the technology I only sort of know how to use, you've got a recipe for disaster. At least I've got one friend in this place, even if she's a pint sized horse who's even crazier than I am. I just hope I can come up with enough ideas to save our butts before something else decides to try to kill us. Or enslave me and throw her in jail. Whichever comes first.

Displaced, crosses over with "X-COM, Enemy Unknown" and "Your Human and You." Tags will be added as they become relevant.

I stood over the cold and smoldering corpses of my fallen brothers and sister. Their hollow eyes glaring up at me, eyes that once held ambition, passion, and a dedication to their duties. I now stood over their mangled bodies, as the last of my kind.

These words drove many to the tallest mountain in Equus, Mount Everhoof. Words from a tome of ancient days, its texts contents passed down among many prestigious families. Today, a certain young mare goes to this mountain, alone, in search of answers.

And an apprenticeship.

EDIT: Some sex has been requested, and I am allowing it, but it will be very few and far between. Gore will also be present in the makings of some darker weapons.

A Displaced that I am very much excited about, as it will combine, in the future, multiple aspects of different genres. I only hope it will be just as exciting for all of you.

Now, to explain a few major things. This story, well, it will be quite crossover heavy. HOWEVER, none of those crossovers will alter the story itself. AT ALL. Why? Because each crossover will only ever be made for other Displaced to make orders for weapons or armor from this story's Displaced. That's it. Period. End of of story. As far as I'm concerned, this Displaced will NEVER go to another Displaced's world unless it's to get more materials, and even then it won't be him doing it.

I know you all may think that simply because this will be crossover heavy, it will be bad, but trust me, the crossovers will be managed with the UTMOST care. Not only that, I'm making sure to have at least two or three pure story chapters between any actual crossovers, if not four or more.

Furthermore, this Displaced of mine, while he may build relationships with other Displaced, he will NEVER, not even ONCE, engage in any fights, or adventures in any other world but his own, and even in his own it will be limited as all get out.

To put it plainly, this is almost entirely a slice of life story, as the tags above suggest.

Now, I hope all this ranting hasn't turned you lovelies off from reading the story. I just hope you all will give this story a chance. I also hope you all enjoy this, even if only somewhat.

A month has passed since Tirek's defeat for Twilight and the Elements of Harmony, but one call changes everything. An invitation made by Lord of the Underworld, king over Tartarus (and last of the Balrogs). Will he be a friend or an enemy of Equestria?
