Actually most Mandalorian despised the Sith with a passion but respected Jedi due to the actions of Revan. It wasn't till the Jedi sided with the Republic fully that the Mandalorians actually hated the Jedi. You know how in the Clone Wars Mandalore was a wasteland? That was because at one point the Mandalorians were more powerful than the republic and the republic feared that they would attack so they sent the Jedi to massacre about 90% of the Mandalorians and then bombed Mandalore and every planet under Mandalorian control till they were dust. After this happened they created the government of Mandalore seen in the the Clone Wars and changed history to where it read that Mandalore was like it was due to Mandalorian infighting. This attack destroyed a total of 41 worlds including Mandalore, and the republic is labeled as the good guys. (Yes I will be talking more about this in the story.)
Now as to your Questions about Faust, She is already and Alicorn and has given birth to Celestia and Luna but they're around the age of a toddler so I'd say about 5-6 years old. Also I'm not super familiar with MLP Lore, I thought the Ethereal Plane/ Ascension Plane was always there but the ability to for normal ponies to ascend will still be there. I can't really say any more because of spoilers.

Nebula will invoke Gai bal manda for Celestia and Luna however Faust was given burial meaning she will not be. Mandalorians don't bury their dead unless they are the Mand'alor, instead they burn them and scatter the ashes, the armor might be kept as a way to honor them but is most often passed down to the decedent.

Normally you would be right however for Gai bal manda to be used on those who have passed is an extremely rare event and required the agreement of Mand'alor, the reason behind this is this specific scenario. Since Nebula is not Mand'alor he doesn't have the right to perform the Gai Bal Manda on Faust.

At the same time he can't ask Mand'alor, I think given the situation no one would be mad at him for doing the Ritual for Faust even IF it is in the future.
He can't Rely on Mand'alor or the Clans, he is essentially on his own and must therefore make his own rules and choices until otherwise told not to.

It was a decision that took a while to make because I knew it would make people mad but I decided that it would be a good way to show how Nebula will eventually grow and learn. There will be a point where Twilight will go to Faust's resting place and some of your answers will be revealed. Celestia and Luna will be taking the clan name of Nebula since he is going to perform the Gai bal manda for them.
Yes this is an Anthroverse and I did it specifically so that it would be easier for me to do Mandolorian armor for Celestia and Luna. However due to beskars properties it will be a pain in the butt to make and there will be some scenes of Nebula's trouble working the metal. Also you have to remember that Nebula wears a suit of the Hunter class Mandolorian Armor so his armor is also made from beskars. I'm going to be having a lot of fun with him and his trouble with the legendary Mandalorian iron

Hate to say this, but a little late for that. He is a Mandalorian with all the classic fixtures, He is now a Clan leader with two of the most powerful Alicorns to ever exist (before Twilight) in it, he now has a D5 Mantis and can get away from the bounty hunters by going into space, he also now has more Beskar on the way, he also now has some of the Most OP droids in SWTOR AND to top it all off? He now has an HK unit ready and willing to kill who needs to be killed.
If that's not OP I would hate to see your Definition of the word.
Also now that I think about it, I wonder how Equestria will turn out with two Mandalorian trained an minded Alicorns leading it, it's a Scary thought! I feel sorry for some of the Villians if I am honest.
On one last side note, Is the Crystal Empire a thing yet? I really want him to find a Young Sombra and bring him into the Clan.

My version of OP can kill gods so... yeah, as for Nebula being a Clan Leader that's part of his lore. He was the leader of Clan Soull before becoming Displaced, since the human and Game character merged together he acquired all of his games characters knowledge and status. This also includes training, skills and combat prowess.
The Crystal Empire is it's own kingdom separate from other countries, it currently exists and is ruled by Queen Amore , Cadences mother, an OC that is somewhat uncommon in fanfictions bit does exist.
Honestly when Equestria is founded it will be entirely different from the one on the show. I won't give much away but you get three questions about what it will be like before I refuse to answer any other questions made by anyone else.

Princess Amore isn't an OC, She is the Queen of the Crystal Empire in the IDW Comics and one of the Main reasons Sombra became the way we see him. Hence why I asked if there was a chance he could be adopted into Nebula's Clan and taken away from Amore and the Empire. Sombra is Part Umbra (Umbrum?) so the Crystal Faire hurts him massively as his race has natural dark magic.
Not only that but the defeat of Sombra and the Banishment of the Crystal Empire is what really set into motion the turning of Luna.

Sombra will not join Nebula's Clan, the reason for this is because Nebula is aware of future events and despite his presence obviously altering the timeline he plans to not intervene or change anything unless he has to. This means that every villain from Discord to Tirek will be in the story.

A: That's a difficult question to answer because of how I plan to have Equestria be. I guess you could say that Nebula will technically be the 'king' of equestria while Celestia and Luna will still be the 'Princesses' of Equestria and share equal power. The Noble Houses will act as Mandalorian Clans and are permitted to do what ever is they want as long as they obey Nebula and the Princesses.
In short Nebula's Clan will be the leader of all other clans, this is why Celestia and Luna are Princesses
Q: Will your Equestria follow the Mandalorians tendency towards one culture no matter the species?
A: Kinda Equestria will predominantly follow Mandalorian teachings and the Resol'Nare, while they won't go on a crusade against other cultures they won't exactly agree with them. I guess the best was to put it is that they will tolerate them unless they cause problems.
Q: Will there be any outside Alien Species when and if Equestria expands into space?
A: No, there will not be any aliens or other creatures from Star Wars, Equestria will also not be getting Space travel. The Reason for this will be explained in later chapters so for now that's all you get.
These were some good questions but that's all I will be giving for this story, at least for now. I enjoyed doing this and might do it again later but for now that will be all.

I think Sombra should be one of the few situations that he get's involved in as it's Child Abuse on Amores side. I mean that Litterly, she knew the ENTIRE TIME that the Crystal Faire was hurting Sombra and pushing him towards the Dark side of his Species and yet didn't do anything at all to shield Sombra from the effects.
If the Timelines line up, he would be no older then the Season 1 CMC! I wouldn't be able to stand aside knowing what he could and would become if I didn't step in. If for nothing more then to get him to a more loving Environment or outright Adopt him myself.
On Question two I think I should Clarify what I was saying: I meant more towards the Mandalorians Tendency to Not care about Species when it came to Clans and their Members. Like for Example the Huntmaster in SWTOR, in other words Aliit ori'shya tal'din.

Honestly there are three factors that prevent Nebula from interfering with Sombra, the first is that he doesn't have any authority in the Crystal Empire, second is how Equestria will be viewed at that time frame, and theirs is that he won't know till it's too late due to Queen Amora not doing anything. Like you said she did nothing and didn't seem to actually care at all. Also in this timeline Queen Amora will not be killed by Sombra but by another, guess who.
As for the question, other creatures, like Griffons or Minotaur, are generaly not cared about unless they are part of the clan. By this I mean that there not seen as animals, slaves or lesser beings but a mandolorian wont go out of their way to help other creatures unless there is something in it for them.
As for your comment on Aliit ori'shya tal'din, it's written into Mando'ade law that family comes before all followed closely by the clan. If you are given a choice between your Clan or your Family then you will choose your family if not you are branded as a dar'manda (Outcast). The only exception to this is if your family is branded as aruetii (Traitor) to Mand'alor in which case the needs of the Clan come first, this is the case of Torian Cadera, when he executes his father to regain his clans honor and unbrand himself as dar'manda.

If a Griffon Minotaur or other race showed willingness to follow the Resol'nare and become Mandalorian they would be allowed to become Mandalorian after passing the cuir malhr be Mando'ade. (4 task of Mandalorians)
The tasks are extremely difficult and symbolize you becoming Mandalorian, not may have ever done it but those that do are made Mandalorian.
Here are the four tasks of cuir malhr be Mando'ade:
In this way you become Mandalorian in Mind.
In this way you become Mandalorian in Spirit.
In this way you become Mandalorian in Body.

HK-47 is not an available companion in SWTOR, also he's technically dead because in the False Emperor flashpoint follows the Battle of Ilum you destroy HK completely. It's quite sad honestly but may he rest in robot hell.
