So it's finally happened. After being kicked in the shin by Celestia, Discord is officially dying. Now Celestia wants to know if he has any last requests before he goes.

What a silly, silly thing of her to ask.

Skyrim guard travels the magical land of Equestria, making friends and foes, having adventures and lecturing about proper citizen behavior.

But how will our hero fare against the native ponies with such a short repertoire of phrases? Will he help the land or cause its downfall? Should we follow?

They say you should pick your battles, that some things aren't worth fighting about, aren't worth arguing over, aren't worth raising a fuss, because they just might work out on their own.

Octavia has come to accept this philosophy in regards to her roommate, who seems to have a penchant for getting into trouble and solving it again before too long, usually without needing Octavia to do anything. As such, when she leaves Vinyl alone for a while, she typically doesn't think much of weird noises and loud exclamations the moment she closes the door.

Today is one such day.

When a spell goes wrong, the most controversial politician in recent history is taken away from his inauguration, to a world beyond reality. Angered that he lost his chance to lead the people that are with him %100, who are in fact the people, he vows he will lead the beings of this world. And he will do it the only way he knows how...
...Being himself.

(April 2019, I don't know what I was thinking when I wrote this, but I lost the drive to write fairly quickly. I really don't think I'll ever pick up this story, but I hope to use what is written as something to look back on. I want to one day look back on this story, and hope to have many others to compare it to, see how far I've come.)

There have been reports of a group of heavily armed changelings massing in an abandoned industrial area outside of Canterlot. With the belief that these changelings intend to assault Equestria's capitol city from their new base, Shining Armor is dispatched with four of his royal guards to root them out and destroy their foothold.

Follow Captain Shining Armor, Flak Star his second in command, their sniper Sharp-eyes, their CQB expert Blitz, and Stratus Fear their engineer, as they set out on this high-risk mission.

A changeling gets a very risky and clever idea.
Pretending to be an advanced magic doll left as an anonymous gift in front of Twilight Sparkle's home.
It's so audaciously stupid there is no way it's not going to work.

An unexpected encounter with a stallion helps Fluttershy feel better about a personal problem... And then hilarity ensues.

There is now an Interquel in progress, taking place between chapters 3 and 4. And there is a sequel planned.

This story is a sequel to Crossroads of Possibility

A young unicorn colt and a changeling nymph have bonded as friends. To them, everything seems fine with the world as they play. They don't put too much though into what might happen if others find them, why would they? They aren't doing anything wrong. They're just hanging out and having fun. However, some don't see the situation so simply.

What if someone does see them? With one race of secrecy and the other thinking the first is just a myth, can such a friendship exist? The children's answer to that seems clear. Everyone else though... not so much.

This is one of two sequels to my standalone fic Crossroads of Possibility that shows things continuing directly from the prequel, asking how would life change for both main characters if they were to be together for an extended amount of time.

A sort of Alternate Universe version of my other story, An Alternate Path and an actual Alternate Universe to Studies in Equinity. Familiar characters can be seen in a different environment, and environment shapes characters just as much as they do themselves. This is the cute sequel as opposed to the mature one.

A sort of fun idea had by myself and my co-writer, enigmaMystere, in which we hope to use what we learned from our previous tale to improve on it in all ways we can, while still sort of light-heartedly letting the characters play out to see where things go.
