An origin story of Our Town. Double Diamond is a pony from the city who heads out to the Equestrian hinterlands for a day of skiing. After getting into a skiing accident and injuring himself, Starlight Glimmer takes him to her house nearby to treat his injuries. During his time as her guest, Double Diamond and Starlight talk.

By the end of his stay, Diamond will become Starlight's first follower in the ideology of Equality, and Our Town is born.

Night Glider has observed Hearts and Hooves day in her town for years: ponies have just simply acknowledged their fellow townsponies, since Starlight never wanted any love drama. No undying love was confessed, and no kisses were shared.

This year, Night Glider wants to change that. For both her, and her totally not crush, Double Diamond.

Awkwardness, embarrassment, and horribly cheesy pick-up lines ensue.

Being among the few to make it out of trials week and into Wonderbolts Academy, Vapor Trail and Sky Stinger know their next challenges will be among their toughest. However, they may have underestimated how difficult these exercises can be.

Luckily, one of their fellow trainees suggests an easier alternative to conquering the academy's infamous obstacle course. However, this suggestion is exponentially more dangerous than the usual method, risks angering Spitfire, and puts Vapor and Sky's relationship and their futures as potential Wonderbolts to the test once more.

All Vapor Trail wanted to do was ask Sky Stinger on a date. But as it turns out, Sky Stinger has a reason why the two of them can't go out.

In Canterlot for what feels like a wild goose chase, Sunburst finds himself exhausted, frustrated, and just a bit temperamental. What better conditions to meet a cute mare under?

Years after Starlight Glimmer fled the hidden village, the lives of the village ponies have greatly improved. They are now free to make their own choices, to lead their own lives, to love and hope and dream.

But with that freedom comes risks.

Night Glider made her own choices, led her own life, loved and hoped and dreamed. And she lost some things and gained some others.

When Radiant Wish learns she's pregnant with a colt, she and her husband, Cloudshaper, are ecstatic. Every parent wants what's best for their children, so rumors of a village where everypony is accepted as equal piques the couple's curiosity. How great would it be to raise a foal without fear of adversity? Starlight Glimmer, the village mayor, seems like a nice pony, but the price of equality is great. Can Radiant make such a sacrifice?
