Two years after Rarity and Twilight broke up, Twilight returns to Ponyville to make things right with her former marefriend. Rarity isn't going to make it easy for her.

After a full day in Canterlot, Twilight and Rarity decide to explore the palace garden's legendary hedge maze. Their attempts to unravel the mysteries of the labyrinth yield some interesting and unexpected results.

Twilight and Rarity prepare for a battle the next day, but there is more going here on than Rarity realizes.

But when the day finally comes, Rainbow might not be able to hold herself together, and she's not even having the baby!

Applejack gets hypothermia from staying outside in record cold temperatures, and while Rainbow Dash is visiting her in the hospital, Dash decides to tell AJ something that she should have done long ago.

She screwed up, and she knows it. With the twelve year anniversary of Applejack's parents deaths fast approaching, Rainbow Dash managed to do the absolute worst thing one can do; she insulted them. And now she has to try and make it right. Whether Applejack is willing to allow her a chance to do so, however, is another matter entirely.

While coming home from the Canterlot rodeo with Applejack, Rainbow Dash spots a strangely familiar pony. The weird coincidence seems to mean something more to Applejack, leading to a conversation about family that may bring two friends even closer.

Fluttershy and Pinkie Pie have decided that tonight is the night to take their relationship to the next level with their first night of intimacy. Fluttershy believes she is ready, until the Party Pony of Ponyville starts getting supplies of a less-than-intimate nature. What exactly is Pinkie Pie planning?

Applejack drops preparations for her own family's Hearth's Warming Day celebration when she finds out that her marefriend, Rainbow Dash, is going to go visit her family for the first time in a few years. Rainbow Dash is reluctant to introduce Applejack to her family, but the farmer won't take "no" for an answer. Together, the two travel north to Vanhoover where Applejack gets to meet the ponies that raised the awesome and amazing Rainbow Dash.
