Sunset Shimmer still doesn't fully understand how the magic that transforms her and her friends works. She's close to figuring it out though, or so she thought. When a magical "fluke" occurs during a band practice, will the girls, along with the Twilight of their world, be able to figure out what happened, and will they be able to fix it?

**Friendship Games Spoilers**

Just days after the Friendship Games, Sunset Shimmer finds their world's Twilight Sparkle staring at what's left of the Wondercolt statue. The two then have a conversation about what it means to have been a monster, what it will take to move on from it, and what it all means for who they are.

This story is a sequel to A New Chance

After nearly two weeks of being Princess Luna's student, Princess Luna sent a message to Sunset Shimmer telling her that she wanted to help her forgive herself. Luna knew that this would be the only way for Sunset to truly forgive herself and face her darkness head on, but will this be enough to truly help Sunset or will she tremble to the darkness within her.

Sunset Shimmer gets attacked at school. Who did it and why?

Set after Rainbow Rocks.

Sunset Shimmer was redeemed, and together with her friends they summoned the power of the rainbow to defeat the sirens, friendships that if she were still a pony would last forever. But high school ends, people go to college….and one does not become a direct conduit for the magic of The Rainbow without being forever changed.

Now Sunset returns home and discovers she has changed far more than the world she once left behind has.

Sunset Shimmer finds it hard to leave her friends in Canterlot High to restart a life in Equestria. As she prepares for the new adventure she takes on, she realizes that if it weren't for Twilight Sparkle and the lessons she learned, Equestria and the human world would be in a state of unhappiness. Sunset becomes Twilight's new pupil in hopes of discovering her own destiny... no matter what she faces.

Sunset Shimmer, has finally decided to return to Equestria to right all the wrongs that she has done on both sides of the crystal mirror. She is even ready to face whatever punishment Celestia sees fit, no matter how great it is.

Imagine her surprise when she is forgiven AND given another chance to be Celestia's student again.

As she makes amends and hoofs out apologies, she will also make some friends with both old and new faces, including Celestia's adopted son, Lockon Astros.

And little does she realize that, fate has plans for her once again. But this time, she will earn more than just the redemption that she seeks.

This story is a sequel to Sunset Shimmer's Redemption

Sunset Shimmer has just recently earned her redemption, AND been crowned a princess along with it after her role in saving the Crystal Empire from a the combined forces of King Sombra and an Alicorn Amulet wielding Chrysalis along with her army of changelings.

Not only that, she has even found a special somepony to call her own: Princess Celestia's adopted son, Prince Lockon Astros, whom Sunset had helped overcome his desires for revenge before her ascension.

Together, their love for each other will take down an unfamiliar path, but it will be one they are both willing to take as long as they have each other.

They will also have many surprises in store for them along the way, some of which will involve their friends as well. Including the appearance of an ancient enemy.

(Quick Author's note: This story is predominantly in the Romance and Slice of Life categories. But there will be a point in the plot that will push this story towards the boundary separating the Adventure category from Slice of Life. I am saying this because there can't be a story that is both Adventure AND Slice of Life. But I will not say anything more than that, since I don't want to spoil anything for you guys.)

Sunset Shimmer has fallen from grace. After her humiliation at the Fall Formal, she now faces a long road to redemption.

But it's not easy, most of the others refuse to accept her, and new enemies threaten to drag her back into darkness. Can she find her way to the light?

Sunset Shimmer has learned a lot about friendship. Probably almost as much as her mentor Twilight Sparkle.
But it takes a trip through the mirror to reveal just how far she has gotten in her studies, and how far she has really followed her mentor on the road of friendship.
