Well this is a really bad situation. Not only have I went to brony con dressed as flutterbat but I just had to buy that replica of crescent rose and a replica of a Gothic Victorian era dress. So here I am as a humaniod vampiric fluttershy being hunted by the princesses while hiding out with my 'twin'. I'm not shy but it's up to me to stop any of the more dark oriented monsters from attacking ponyville at night while trying to prevent getting killed by Celestia who confused me for a corrupted fluttershy. Sometimes a girl just can't go anywhere without something strange happening. (Cover art is the closest to what I had in mind)

Victim to a magical mishap, Fluttershy has had her very makeup altered. As the beast inside awakens, how shall she cope with her new nature? Was she truly ever herself, or has her new physicality only allowed her to express her innermost desires? Flutterbat Adventures!

Twilight's spell didn't entirely remove all traces of the vampire fruit bat from Fluttershy, and when an attempt to fix it backfires, can they prevail once again, or will Flutterbat be here to stay?

This story is a sequel to Trials of Blood and Kindness

Mistress Flutterbat has been living with her family in Cloudsdale, where her parents did their best to lead the local clan of thestrals in peace for centuries. However, after a terrible tragedy that changed her life forever, the young thestral was forced to flee Cloudsdale and seek a new home in Ponyville.

Now known as Fluttershy, and with Rainbow Dash by her side, she is trying to heal old wounds in her heart and find a meaning to her empty life.

Will a vampony with a good heart and kind nature survive in a world that sees her as a threat?

Will she be able to keep a low profile, away from the silver arrows of monster hunters?

And most importantly, will her friends help her during these hard times, or will they ultimately turn against her?

This story takes place years before Nightmare Moon’s return.

Something is drinking the blood of ponies in the dark of night. A shape that Twilight had thought long cured has been seen, is she the culprit?

This is something I'd came up with as a Flutterbat followup episode after her first appearance. The Star Wars reference in the title is irrelevant, I just liked the sound of it.

Just some advanced warning, there's a hint of Flutterdash towards the end, couldn't help myself.

It's the day after Fluttershy was supposedly fixed by Twilight's spell, but it seems that she still have her fangs. As day turns into night, Fluttershy realizes that Flutterbat is not gone from her life just yet.

Fluttershy is fine. Really, she is. Sure, she was a magically created fruit-sucking vampire hybrid a week ago, but now she’s fine. She’s seen a pair of fangs in the mirror now and then, but she’s fine. She drools at the thought of apples, but she’s fine. Nothing to worry her friends about.

It’s not like she has a problem or anything.

Everything. Is. Fine.

One of the positive things about being enlisted in the Solar Guard is all the mares Rainbow Dash could possibly chase after.

A negative? The one she's really after is in the Lunar Guard, and she's pretty… batty.
