The Doctor suddenly finds himself in the world of Equestria following his TARDIS accidentally passing through the void. He tries to head back to his universe, but things get complicated when a pegasus named Derpy finds her way into the TARDIS and they end up traveling back to Equestria's distant past.

The Doctor is now a pony in a pony universe. Being the adventurous Timelord he is, he sets his TARDIS to go to a random destination. Unfortunately that TARDIS has suffered major damage and both it and him are stuck in a time loop. So every time he opens those doors it will be a different place and a different face.

Author's note:
This story is a side project of mine that works as a giant What-If Machine. Essentially the Doctor is in a time loop so the Prologue is always the same, but what happens after is always different. It's kind of like "What if the Doctor met X?" So I'm gonna write in different ponies based on ponies I'm already writing in other stories or situations I'd like to try. So come along and I hope you enjoy. Allons-y!

Author's Notes: Ok, firstly I LOVE the Doctor Whooves and Assistant and Doctor Whooves Adventures equally, but this is discontinuous with both of them. It is my own little invention, my own little world, starting completely from scratch. Hopefully, I do a good enough job to stand up with the big boys, but I'm not that expectant. A strange storm tears through the skies above Ponyville, defying all logic and laws of magic. And in the middle of it Fluttershy finds an unconscious brown earth pony with no cutie mark or memories, while Twilight receives a letter from her future self with a cryptic warning.

Now the pony calling himself Doctor Whooves has to try and piece together his memories, figure out the mystery of the storm and somehow fit into life in Ponyville. Simple, right?

Trixie is tired of being the cast-off and the laughing stock of Equestria. When she gets her hooves on a rare spell, she finally has the means to seek her revenge on Princess Twilight. Switching their bodies, Trixie becomes an overbearing royal overlord who wants everything her way. In the meantime, Twilight is stuck in Trixie's body and the Mane 6 have all been scrambled. Twilight and her friends have to find the answers to this puzzling spell before Trixie ruins Equestria for everypony!

After recovering a Time Lord device from the Cybermen, and Crash-landing on Earth, The newly regenerated Doctor struggles to adjust to his new Body. Soon enough, the Cybermen arrive, and Equestria and Earth's fates Hang in the Balance. A Doctor is needed...

After more than Three Months in the Works, I present to you my first ever Doctor Whooves story! Most of my inspiration and source material comes from the BBC's Doctor Who, with other little references here and there... Plenty to keep readers Busy! On a side note, some OC's may appear in later chapters. The purpose of this is simply to expand the cast, but they will still only ever be background characters.
