After a horrible accident, Twilight Sparkle falls into a deep coma. Will Twilight wake up? Will anything ever be the same?

During Rainbow Dash's first interaction with her friends' Pony Pet Play-Date, she was determined to get herself a pet. However, the way she went about getting one didn't sit well with one particular pony. Having had enough of the Pegasus and her lack of compassion, Twilight Sparkle makes both a brave and stupid challenge that leaves Dash and the rest of her friends wondering if she had gone insane. However, Twilight was determined to teach Dash a lesson, even if it meant getting humiliated. What fate had in store for the unicorn and Pegasus was not what anypony had expected, especially Twilight and Rainbow themselves.

When Twilight arranges a group camp-out, the ponies end up discussing their dream stallions around the campfire. Everyone is surprised by what they learn about each other, and the two ponies least interested in romance find they have a lot in common.

Originally written in February of 2011 and posted first to /co/ then EqD, this was my first story and one of the original pieces of TwiDash. This has been edited for inclusion on FIMFiction, with thorough proofreading & editing by Double Dash. Do keep in mind this was written halfway through season 1 and without much of the information we've received in later seasons. "Dear Celestia, what have i got myself into?" Twilight and Rainbow Dash have always had each others back, but now Dash has no choice but to put her life in Twilight's hooves. Due to one of Twilight's magical experiments gone wrong, Rainbow Dash has been changed back into a 3 year-old filly. Now Twilight has to find a way to to change her friend back before the effects become irreversible. But will Twilight's attitude go from 'mother' to 'lover'?

AN : for the romance part this is a TwiDash and RariJack fics, even if it does not start until a lot of chapters, for the rest I have some ideas of pairing but nothing definitive.
