This story is a sequel to The Lovely Bones: Afterlife of a Murdered Pegasus

Decades after the end of the killings of Pinkamena Diane Pie, Twilight Sparkle is the last of her friends to be greeting death. With those she loves most by her side, she prepares herself for the final journey that will lead her to all those she has lost.

The Doctor suddenly finds himself in the magical land of Equestria and soon discovers that he's regenerated into a pony. As Twilight Sparkle tries to learn more about the Doctor with the help of Spike and Princess Luna, a creature from the Doctor's past arrives in Ponyville with evil intentions.

In an alternate timeline, Twilight Sparkle never became an alicorn princess. Instead, Star-Swirl the Bearded's spell and the Elements of Harmony brought about the end of her life. Two months later, her friends and loved ones are still in mourning from her passing. But just because Twilight's dead it doesn't mean her friends don't see her anymore...

Queen Chrysalis wasn't always a love-consuming monster of manipulation. In a strange world very different from Equestria several years in the past, she's a young woman named Chrissie with a simple life and someone who loves her. But when her love is stolen from her, she will risk everything to get him back; only to seal her fate when she brings about the wrath of a heartless queen.

In the ancient city of Sodom, Lyra and Bon Bon sneak onto Noah's Ark by pretending to be husband and wife. Thanks to a fake horn on Bon Bon, the human prophet Noah thinks the two marefriends are the missing unicorn couple he needed for the ark.

Can Lyra and Bon Bon keep their true identities hidden from Noah? It won't be easy when their every move is being scrutinized by the cripplingly homophobic earth pony couple. Will Evangelical Hope and her husband Adamic Faith expose Lyra and Bon Bon for who they are, or will this forty day cruise be smooth sailing?

After becoming an alicorn princess, Twilight receives a new pair of wings. Celestia and Luna comfort her in their own way before her coronation. What they should've done was teach her how to hide her arousal.

This story was written in the midst of the "alicorn Twilight" hysteria which permeated the brony fandom in the weeks leading up to the season three finale.

After Pinkie Pie Suffers a severe head injury, in her forehead is discovered something that an Earth Pony should not have. This gives answers to where she gets her abilities, especially how she seems to be able to defy the laws of physics. This also explains some of her craziness.

How will her friends handle this, and can she learn to better harness the magic within?
