But when you live forever, time loses its meaning, years pass in the blink of an eye, mortals come and go like mayflies. And that's fine.
After all, any being that is truly important will live forever. Discord would never associate with anything less.

Every month, Octavia plays privately for Princess Luna as she paints the night sky. Each time, Octavia feels that familiar feeling, one she's rarely ever felt before. Now she has decided that it is time to announce these feelings. However, she has a secret, one she has kept for longer than she can remember. After their short-lived training at Rainbow Falls, Fluttershy and Ditzy Doo get to talking on the way home. Ditzy at first thinks nothing of it, but as time wears on and she sees more of her fellow mare, she can barely think of anything else.

A story that I hope to be ongoing and run for quite a while.

Love changes relationships, though not to the point where they are no longer recognisable. Twilight loves to go flying with her marefriend, but sometimes... sometimes her marefriend can still be her teacher.

The Tunnel of Love is a magical and romantic place in the Everfree Forest, and Twilight intends to find out about it first hoof. With Applejack by her side, it seems like the perfect time to talk to her friend about the feelings she's been having.

But when it turns out that Applejack has been through the tunnel before, and has no interest in going through again, Twilight's hopes and dreams are tested by a deeper understanding of the tunnel and what it shows.

Applejack always knew Winona was the dog for her. Even before she met her, and Winona was just another puppy in a box, Applejack knew.

Rarity has always believed that there exists a prince for every princess. And she's not wrong about that. She's just not right for quite the exact reasons she thinks she is.

When Twilight Sparkle invites Applejack and her little sister to lunch with her and the rest of her friends, Apple Bloom is thrilled to be joining the mares on a grownup lunch. She resolves to get Twilight Sparkle a gift to thank her for her thoughtfulness. This gift serves two purposes though, and it's not until much later that Applejack discovers that Apple Bloom was setting up Twilight Sparkle and Applejack to become marefriends from the very beginning.

Warning: Third-person limited with multiple POVs. This is a shipping fic with the Applejack and Twilight pairing.

To say that the Wonderbolt's last trip to Manehatten was eventful would be an understatement. Spitfire broke her wing, met Rainbow Dash, dated Rainbow Dash, and a planned thunderstorm went out of control landing many ponies in the hospital. Now with Spitfire getting "promoted" to command of the Wonderbolt's Academy and Rainbow Dash on the mend from her own injuries, the two will learn just how much life can still throw at them.

Meanwhile, Soarin and Rapidfire must come to grips with their new roles as leaders of the Wonderbolts. Soarin doesn't know if he's up to the task, and Rapidfire doesn't know if he even wants to stay. All these trials and more await them further on up the road...
