September 17th, 1862 became the single bloodiest day in American history when a battle was fought along the Antietam Creek near Sharpsburg, Maryland.

Yesterday, Fluttershy hummed happily as she watered her garden.

The two events are not unrelated.

After conquering yet another ancient evil, Twilight returns to her library. There, she encounters the ghost of King Sombra, who delivers a terrible warning about the dangers of helping emopones.

A touching, heartfelt tragedy, except it was written by Fiddlebottoms, so it is not.

Though many fear her, Princess Luna is responsible for guarding the ponies while they sleep, both from the monsters that creep forth from the Everfree Forest to devour their bodies, and from the nightmare beings that rise out of the Deeper Slumber to devour their souls. As the sun dips below the horizon, Luna readies herself for yet another night of battle.

With the advent of Cadence, the princesses have come into their full power, and they're just in time: the ponies' oldest enemy has teamed up with their newest to open Tartarus itself. While the princesses defend Equestria against endless armies of ravenous monsters, Twilight Sparkle and her friends embark on a desperate quest to find an ancient artifact that may be their only hope for salvation.

This is a crossover with G1, but should be comprehensible to anyone who hasn't seen the G1 series. Contains action violence, some intense situations, and sexual themes, but no graphic gore or sex.

After Princess Celestia appoints Twilight Sparkle and her friends to be ambassadors to Earth, they decide to introduce themselves to the humans by appearing in a horse show, but they need someone to get them ready. They call on Megan, the legendary warrior who guarded ponykind in days of yore. Megan has banished or slain countless demons, but can she convince the ponies to hold still long enough for her to braid their manes?

This crosses over with G1, but should be accessible to all.

What she finds shows her more about her teacher than she could have dreamed...yet places her in tremendous danger...

How did Fluttershy acquire her "Freaky knowledge ah' sewin'!" as Applejack called it? The answer is simple, Rarity taught her! Yet a winter full of struggle takes its toll on the two and brings their friendship to the breaking point.
