For the longest time, Epona has served as the loyal mount of Link, hero of Hyrule. But one day, she finds out that she's actually from a world inhabited by intelligent, colorful equines. And not only that: Her daughter is one of the six main heroes from that world. But that is only the beginning.

When the worlds of Equestria and Hyrule get into contact after a millennium, lots of hidden conspiracies are revealed. Evil fiends from a time long forgotten emerge and some ponies begin to understand their powers as sages. But the one important question will be: What will Epona choose? Her friends from Hyrule? Or her family from Equestria?

It's a routine that he likes to follow, it makes him feel like he has a bit of normality with his life in Equestria. Yeah, after looking at kilala97's stuff I finally caved and decided to try and write a story about her OC characters. Since Starburst's special talent is "intimidation", I thought: "Why the hell not, make that mare a Fear Lantern!" and so here we are.

A thousand years ago, Princess Celestia banished her sister to the moon, that much we know. What wasn’t known, and what Celestia kept secret was that before her banishment, Luna had given birth to a foal. Now a thousand years later, as Nightmare returns to Equestria to bring about Eternal Night.

Twilight Sparkle, protege of Princess Celestia, struggles against the tyranny of this ancient foe. But how will she be able to save herself and her friends when the truth of this ancient legend crashes down upon her? Twilight will have to confront herself...and her heritage.
