Through his early life, Harry Potter wasn't even sure what his name was. And once he was sure, he shortly became sure it was wrong- that there was something very, very different about him.

About her, actually, to hay with biology.

He never told the Dursleys. Just like he never told them the friend he made at school was magical. Then of course, right when Hogwarts was getting ready to address first-year letters, the pulse of magic it generated to build the list of potential first-years met with Harry's determination, and that of a few others, and gave them some very unique opportunities to change their situations.

This story is actually a rewrite, believe it or not. The original version was a straight-up girl-harry story, and HP-only, so it never reached this site. It got stuck after just a few chapters, and has sat for months on "writer's block". And then, I got this idea, which made it into a crossover- and I believe it is a unique twist in the world of HP/MLP crossovers.

And if you're wondering why it was published with two chapters, that's because there are no ponies in chapter one. It went live with the first chapter on my Patreon, where my patrons have early access to future chapters.

Note that, even though I expect many of the same OCs to appear, this story is NOT connected to my other HP/MLP crossover, On the Implications of Parallel Worlds, in any way.

This story will update on Wednesdays, when ready, or simply when ready for patrons. Tags may be updated as the story progresses. Additional character tags not available on this site: Harry Potter, Hermione Granger, Ginny Weasley, Draco Malfoy.

This story has been cancelled for far too many character and plot developments that just wouldn't. I can no longer stand to work on it.

It could be argued that the phrase “based on a true story” applies to this story.

During one of her many passion projects, Twilight decides to try and track down the origins of magic and where everypony came from. Her library is chock full of various different theories, none of them very helpful. She decides, instead, to ask Princess Celestia.

However, the answer she gets is far more absurd than she bargained for. An answer so detached from reality that it takes a physical manifestation of it to show Twilight the extent of the terrifying source of magic and what it did to a once-benign world to render it and its inhabitants so fantastical.

"You were never the first ones here, nor were you the second. We were the second."

Now with a TVTropes page courtesy of CMR Rosa who helped write the tropes, while his friends created the TVTropes page.

After the Battle of the Bands, things have been going good for the Rainbooms. Sunset Shimmer herself has finally gained the acceptance of her classmates. But she feels like she is missing something in her life.

Their peace, however, becomes short-lived. During a basketball game with Dimmsdale High, they witness some buck-toothed boy utilizing powerful magic.

Fearing the boy has gotten his hands on some dangerous Equestrian artifact, one of the Rainbooms steps up to babysit the boy and keep on an eye on him until Princess Twilight can come up with a solution.

However, the kid's secrets go much deeper then that. And, to their misfortune, the Rainbooms aren't the only ones interested in the power he holds...

Timmy Turner has the struggles not typical of 10 year old boy. On top of dealing with bullies, evil babysitters, and evil teachers, he must also keep his fairy godparents a secret.

When Vicky goes away for three weeks, Timmy sees this as a time he can relax. Much to his consternation, however, his parents hire a temporary babysitter. While she and her friends seem nice enough, Timmy will learn there is more to them then meets the eye.

And as other forces close in on his fairies, the Dimmsdale Elementary School student must decide who is friend and who is foe.

In 1980 Sybil Trelawney made a prophecy that would alter the Magical world forever. It is well known that this could have applied to either Harry Potter or Neville Longbottom, but what if there was another child that could have fulfilled the prophecy to, a girl? Unwilling to take chances over what Snape heard, Voldemort orders for her elimination as well. Chaos though, has other plans.

Ten years later and it is time for Scoti Alaw Prewett or Scootaloo to return to the dimension of her birth and attend her magical schooling alongside her two best friends. Chaos ensues.

A CMC Goes to Hogwarts story that focuses on their time at the school with little pieces of the overall goings on in the background. Plushies in pic owned by me and made by the wonderful Sewpoke who can be found on Twitter.

From Chapter 29 (Quidditch 4) to chapter 33 (Scootaloo and a Dragon Too) edited by rich-online.

This story is a sequel to In Her Own Skin

A cardinal rule of dating a belly dancer is to NEVER ask her for a private performance. Being the gentleman that he is, Shining Armor abides by this, even as he quietly longs to experience Cadance dancing for him and him alone. Needless to say, he is surprised when he arrives at her apartment one evening to find her waiting for him, dressed in her bedlah.

Part of my Equestria Girls belly dance series.

AUTHOR'S NOTE: Nothing explicit here, folks. Like the rest of the stories in this series, this tale falls within the PG/PG-13 realm.

Harry Potter had the (mis?)fortune to fall through a portal to the Everfree near Ponyville. He was transformed into a unicorn, to his surprise. After being found, Twilight Sparkle took him in as an orphan, and to learn more about him as he learned more about Equestria. His adventures there are another story. This story is about what happens when he is pulled back to the human world by the Goblet of Fire when he is fourteen.

Finding himself back in the human world is bad enough, but also to discover he has an unbreakable magical contract to compete in a Tournament that is known for the deaths of the competitors is just icing on the cake. What else can go wrong?
