Rarity is trying to finish an important order for a client, a task made very difficult by the fact that she has recently started to feel unwell. But she is determined to finish the order before stopping to rest.

It's ultimately a losing battle, Rarity finds herself so sick that she can't concentrate and decides to rest rather than spread her germs to the dress. Little does she realize or even suspect that her sudden sickness has other effects.

Traces of magic have seeped out from Rarity's horn, causing various items in the fashionista's workshop to come to life. Can a magically brought to life workshop finish a dress all by itself?

As a professional athlete, Dash goes to regular physicals. As an Element Of Harmony, she goes to regular magicals too. Soul examination is her least favorite part, but at least the patient blacks out while their spirit is in capable hooves.

Starlight Glimmer's hooves have questionable capability.

Sunset has done a lot for the humans in this magicless world, and she rightfully deserves a break from all the bullshit. Sadly, some random ancient threat seems to disagree.

When the alicorn princesses are taken by a sudden illness that prevents them from raising the sun or setting the moon, Raven and Spike discuss alternatives. Suddenly, Starlight teleports in and announces she has an idea.

Twilight Sparkle knew going to Sunset Shimmer's house for Hearth's Warming would be more fun than the typical holiday festivities at her parents' house. She knew she and Sunset could party through the snowstorm blowing through town and not even be mildly inconvenienced. She knew that with everything that had happened since they'd met at the Friendship Games, she and Sunset's friendship would never falter.

She didn't know Sunset Shimmer cooked her popcorn on high.

Rainbow Dash's anticipated nap time is interrupted as she spots Starlight walking back to Ponyville. It turns out Starlight had just come back from her friendship mission with her father. Rainbow offers her a listening ear and together they talk about their family issues.

Fluttershy has seen her share of tribulations and tragedies in her time taking care of animals. She realized that the thing she hated the most was to see them suffer; especially when there was no guarantee that they would recover from an ailment. Fluttershy knew the kindest act she could ever do would be to release those animals… and ponies, from their misery. She would be their Angel of Mercy.
