I have no idea.
Well, I have some ideas, but none of them make sense if you think about them for any length of time. The fanbase may have a huge male portion, but it's not as though it's exclusively bronies out here. People may associate "Chris" primarily with dudes, but there are plenty of female Chris-names including, it so happens, "Chris" itself (which is my real name.) I think I had more ideas at some point, but none of them really explained things.
I just know that everyone assumes I'm male and they usually have to be reminded that I'm not multiple times before they stop forgetting and defaulting to assuming I'm male.
So, I figured I'd put a reminder at the top of the page.
(Not like I have a witty one liner to stick there.)
