In the land of Dryadalis, the many races of creatures live in relative harmony. But with the return of the Woman in the Moon, the forces that have lurked in the shadows will come to the forefront once more. Will our young heroes be able to stop them?

Crossover with the 5e Dungeons and Dragons. Will not be a strict retelling of the FiM storyline, but the villains will pop up.

Twilight Sparkle wanted nothing more than to see the Northern Stars on the Zeppelin Cruise with her family. But thanks to Iron Will, who was running the cruise, her dreams are smashed into pieces. Saddened by seeing Twilight's heart broken, her family does everything they can to try and console her.

Author’s Note: This story is to serve as how Twilight’s family SHOULD have approached the situation when Twilight started sobbing after missing out on the Northern Lights.

When Twilight and her friends used the Elements of Harmony on Nightmare Moon, she expected them to purify her or put her back on the moon.  Instead they killed her. Haunted by the fact she took a life, Twilight goes to Princess Celestia to find out if she knew the Elements would kill her sister. And if she did… why did she let Twilight do it?

It is three years later and the Mane 6 have moved on with their lives, all except Fluttershy, who cannot get the draconequus out of her mind. The others are happy in their new and comfortable lives, until their enemy returns and will only relieve Equestria of his havoc in exchange for a bride.

A more realistic take on the opening events of the MLP movie, where the entire cast is NOT hit by plot mandated incompetence. It is, as expected, significantly shorter.

It should have been so simple, just make some friends, find the elements and beat the villain that tries to make the night last forever, then find out she's Celestia's actual sister and absolve her as they hug… Well, perhaps not simple per say, but expected.

So then why when they defeated Nightmare Moon did Luna ignore her sister Celestia? And why did she instead hugged Twilight as if she was happier to see her then her sister? Why was it Celestia who soon after groveled and begged Luna for forgiveness, rather then the other way around? And what's with this godmother thing?

For that matter, what else changed?

Strange and horrifying dreams haunt Equestria's nights, and Luna is at a loss. And then the past rears its ugly head, only to bring far graver news.

Luna must confront her past and come to terms with all she is and all she once was, so that she may stand a chance against a new and terrifying threat that may just break Equestria. But can she come to terms with her own hated horrors before the land falls to madness and ashes?

While working on her magic, a series of events causes Trixie to turn Derpy into a foal. How will Derpy's husband, Doctor Whooves, and her daughter Dinky deal with this new development?
