This, is Berk. Well, you can’t see it right now, but Berk is a beautiful place, full of life. Vikings and Dragons living together in a harmony that no one knew could ever have existed. Yet this story isn’t about Berk; this is a story about Toothless and I, as well as a few new friends. A story about a journey that began as a routine flight, and turned into something of legend.

This is our story about crossing The Divide.

A How To Train Your Dragon crossover written in collaboration with my awesome editor AuthorGenesis. Give him some love, considering this is as much his as it is mine, if not more.

Edited by the amazing PhiliChez!
And now pre-read by the fantastic Doctor Candor!

Isolated from her friends and taken prisoner in the middle of a war, Twilight must deal with the very real dangers of being percieved as an enemy as well as the nightmares of her arrival on 'Earth'. Can she overcome her own fears and the fears of her captors? Will the wayward unicorn's assistance be a boon or a curse to the 'humans?' Most importantly, will she ever find her way home?

"In short, it's a story of friendship and plasma rifles, with the emphasis on the friendship. The characters are well written, the XCOM setting is fleshed out very well, and the story is compelling. If you love XCOM, you'll love the story, but even if you've never heard of it, it's more than worth giving the first 3 chapters a read.

There's excellent action later on, but the real strength lies in the collision between the friendly and naive world of Twilight Sparkle and the desperate world of humans fighting a losing war for survival and willing to do anything to turn the tide."

One day as Twilight takes inventory, she finds a strange scroll. Curious, she opens it, and unleashes a dark and ancient evil, the likes of which Equestria has never known. As the being goes throughout the land, it transforms, becoming more picturesque and dark. Lands become plagued by darkness, many ponies turn to stone, and the Elements of Harmony, as well as Princess Luna and Princess Celestia, simply vanish.

However, there is hope, for from the scroll also appears a strange pair. One is a pony with strange markings along their body, and a flaming mirror on their back. The other is a small bug-like creature who seems to do all the talking and prefers to not be called a bug. Amaterasu is confused at what is happening, but knows that he/she must stop Orochi from taking over these lands, as he tried to take over Nippon. Harnessing the power of new brush techniques, will Amaterasu be able to bring peace and color back to Equestria, or will Orochi consume the land with his dark magic? Or, will another, darker threat take over?

An Okami crossover.

The Rating has been changed on recommendation to Teen due to the implication and reference to gore during two chapters.

The pony who wishes to make friends with everyone.

The being who exists only to prolong his existence.
...
Chance brings the two together, showing each that there is always more to learn.

This can be considered a Starbound crossover, but it doesn't really hold relevance to the game beyond using a Novakid as the alien Twilight encounters, as evidenced by the cover art.

Please read the author's note at the beginning of Silence for information regarding the story's structure.

Floran: a vicious plant based humanoid that dwell in almost every corner of the galaxy. They have only one thing on their mind. Equestrians, a pony-like race that live on a single plant.

An intelligent and somewhat literate Floran's ship breaks down in the space around Equestria, with no fuel or means of repairing. It's captain has no choice to beam down to the surface and attempt find a means to repair the ship.

A kind of Starbound cross-over. Mainly because recently I have gotten back into Starbound. Will add and put in characters depending on where this goes. Also, expect a lot of long drawn out words that end or start with S, mainly due to how Floran speak.

This story is a one-shot spin-off to Singularity.

Sandbag puts up with so much crap and never gives a crap itself. Getting launched halfway across a stadium? Phhhft. Getting beaten senseless by the greatest assortment of fighters ever assembled? Hell, it gives out free stuff for that. Inexplicably getting plucked from its home world and dropped off in a world of colorful, cartoon ponies? *snore* *snore*
