Well, it is time for a new story soon.
These last few weeks, I have been really lucky in some ways to get the time to allow me to commit to writing, learning and developing my technique. I also have had plenty of chance to read and learn from others, but it seems as though soon, I will become busier. I still intend to keep on writing, but updates might be slower.
Auroras and Souls will be regularly updated for a few weeks, there're still plenty of chapters left to proofread there, but once Twilight Sparkle: A Canterlot Day is finished, I have a feeling that I might not have as much time to commit to new stories. After I have finished with the pre-written chapters, writing new chapters will be my priority. Hopefully by then, this new story will be complete too.
Luckily enough, that won't be a problem for the time being, as my next tale is already half written with plenty of chapter breifs prepared to keep the imagination flowing. But from here on I plan to tackle a few different writing challenges, so that I can proceed to developing my style.
So my next piece will be a romance, maybe a bit of a ship fic, but my reason behind it is to explore the possibilities of writing human romantic relationships. Of course, I'm going to have a bit of fun with it and there will be ponies, but it will be a bit different and I'll be exploring intimacy a bit more than in any of my current stories.
After that, I have a few ideas of some challenges. Fleshing out minor characters, and cross over possibly as well. But we'll see how we go.
For now, I have another update or Auroras and Souls in a couple of days, after the release of this new fic I have been working on.
Then, hopefully by the weekend, I'll have the final chapters of Twilight Sparkle: A Canterlot Day ready and published.
I'll be sad to finsh that one. It was realy my final goodbye to Season 9. My tribute to it, if you will. But I've had such a good time writing it, and I'm glad some of you out there got to enjoy it as well.
Have a great day,
And I'll see you when the publishing's done.
